The ground rules for buying from fanreplicahub.com: how orders form a contract, what we promise, what you agree to, and how disputes are handled.
These terms govern your use of fanreplicahub.com and any order you place through it. The store is operated by the FanReplica Hub team, and the fastest way to reach us about anything on this page is fanservice2026@outlook.com.
01. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you place an order on behalf of a club, school or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
02. Products, colours and availability
- We sell fan-version and replica jerseys. Product descriptions state the cut and fabric for each listing.
- Colours can look slightly different between screens. Where a colourway matters, ask us for a photo before ordering.
- Stock levels change quickly. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you and offer a refund or an alternative — we do not ship a substitute without asking.
03. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duty or VAT charged on arrival in your country.
- We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a corrected price is higher than you paid, we cancel and refund rather than charging you more without consent.
- Payment must clear before dispatch. Accepted methods are American Express, JCB, Mastercard and Visa.
- We may cancel an order where fraud screening flags it or where we cannot verify the payment.
04. Shipping, risk and title
Dispatch estimates and delivery windows are set out in our FAQ and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Where a parcel is lost by the carrier, we work the claim with you rather than leaving you to chase it alone.
05. Returns and refunds
You have a 30-day window from delivery to request a return on unworn items with tags attached. Custom printed jerseys are final sale unless faulty. Full details, including what is excluded and how refunds are timed, is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
06. Intellectual property
League, club and brand names, crests and logos shown on this store belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe the merchandise we sell. The design and content of this website, including text and photography we created, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
07. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the store
- Do not use the store to place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions
- Do not submit custom printing text that infringes a third party right or is unlawful
- Do not misrepresent yourself as an employee, partner or agent of this store
08. Disclaimers
The store is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
09. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost opportunity or disappointment, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the store, or custom printing content you supplied that infringes a third party right.
11. Disputes and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in, and you can always bring a claim before your local courts. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact fanservice2026@outlook.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
